  • Paid traffic campaign management
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Marketing strategy consulting

All services provided will be detailed in a custom proposal, service agreement, or scope of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients of Starfish Digital Marketing agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and contact information.
  • Supply all necessary content, branding assets, and access credentials in a timely manner.
  • Communicate feedback or approvals promptly to avoid delays.
  • Make payments on time, as outlined in the invoice or agreement

Failure to do so may impact results and project timelines.

3. Payments and Refunds

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • All payments must be made in advance or on the agreed billing schedule.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Late payments may result in paused services and a late fee of 2%.
  • Retainer and monthly services auto-renew unless canceled in writing with at least 14 days’ notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise in a service agreement:

  • All content, creative materials, and strategies developed by Starfish Digital Marketing remain our intellectual property until payment is made in full.
  • Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use final deliverables for their own marketing purposes.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless restricted by a signed non-disclosure agreement.

5. Results Disclaimer

Marketing involves numerous variables. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, Starfish Digital Marketing does not guarantee specific performance metrics (e.g., number of leads, sales, or ROI). Outcomes depend on various factors including market conditions, competition, ad spend, and client cooperation.

6. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Any sensitive business information shared with us will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or with client permission.

7. Term and Termination

Engagements with Starfish Digital Marketing are governed by the service agreement or project proposal.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice.

Early termination by the client may incur fees for work completed or scheduled.

We reserve the right to terminate service if a client violates these Terms or becomes unresponsive for an extended period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starfish Digital Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us for services in the last 30 days preceding a claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida,USA.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will take effect once posted on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
